  • 8 small chicken thigh fillets trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 2 cup 125ml masterfoods thick teriyaki marinade
  • olive oil to grease
  • 1 1 3 cups 275g white rice
  • steamed asian greens to serve
  • sesame seeds toasted to serve

The Instruction of teriyaki sesame chicken

  • place the chicken and marinade in a glass or ceramic dish turn the chicken to coat well in the marinade cover and refrigerate for 1 2 hours or longer if time permits to marinate
  • preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill on medium brush the plate or grill with oil to grease add the chicken and cook for 3 4 minutes each side or until cooked through transfer to a plate cover loosely with foil set aside for 5 minutes to rest
  • meanwhile cook the rice according to packet instructions using the absorption method
  • serve the teriyaki chicken with the rice and steamed asian greens sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds
