Easy Ricotta Cake with Fresh Berries #dessertrecipe #chocolatecake #cheesecake #cookiessimplerecipe

I am inclined toward the blueberry since he helps me to remember my preferred youth book by Robert McCloskey, Blueberries for Sal. I was constantly desirous in light of the fact that Sal lived by the sea and got the opportunity to pick crisp blueberries with her mom and some arbitrary wild bear whelp. We didn't have blueberries in KS, rather, we went noodlin' down the waterway with the Flanders. Class-y.

Not exclusively are berries in season, but at the same time it's cake season! Pause. That is wrong. It's consistently cake season would it say it isn't? I knew it! Some of the time my non-dough puncher self doesn't exactly understand that one can heat any 'ol time. Wow. At any rate, there are a zillion ways you can berry-up your next supper, however I figure you ought to thoroughly make this light and cushioned cake.

I don't have a clue why, yet I generally consider ricotta simply this exquisite filling for stuffed pasta shells or lasagna. My psyche never goes, "Yeppers, I realize what these here treats need, a major scoop of ricotta." But this cake has perpetually changed my ricotta-applying days. I'm going to ricotta the s%$t out of treats starting now and into the foreseeable future.

Along these lines, on the off chance that you resemble me and are addressing ricotta, make this Ricotta Cake with Fresh Berries. It's offbeat to such an extent that you can eat it for breakfast(!!) or dessert. Ideally for breakfast with additional blueberries for my young lady, Sal.
